Travelers arriving from Lesotho, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Namibia, Eswatini, Malawi, South Africa, Zambia, and Mauritius must present a compelling reason to enter and regardless of vaccination status must either take a PCR test in 48 hours or an antigen test taken in 24 hours before the flight. Vaccinated travelers arriving from green list countries are exempted from testing requirement.
